How to Install ircii software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

ircii software package provides Internet Relay Chat client, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ircii

ircii is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ircii package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ircii *

You will get with ircii package name, version, architecture and description in a table
